Ceramic Sea Urchin Wall Tiles, Bowls and Luminaries by Penny Eder

Ceramic Sea Urchin Wall Tiles, Bowls and Luminaries by Penny Eder

Each bowl is hand made to look like a sea urchin. The inspiration came when Penny found a shell on Hanks Beach in Cortes Island in 2005. Penny added life like ceramic barnacles on the bottom of each bowl.

Note- these pieces are tactile, the spine dots are raised from the bowl, similar to a natural sea urchin after the spines are removed. The barnacles may be uneven and caution is recommended when placing on a soft surface. The bowls are dishwasher safe and food safe glazes.each item is one of a kind, colour, size, and overall look may vary slightly.

Bowls - Small = 4 1/4"x 2 1/2" Medium = 6 1/4"x 3"  Large = 11"x 4 1/2"

Sea urchin candle holder, porcelain pure white unglazed.

The holes are pushed through the pure white porcelain to resemble the spines on the outside. The effect of the glow of light from the candle or the soft led light creates a soothing and comforting atmosphere. Each bowl is hand made to look like a sea urchin. Penny added life like ceramic barnacles on the bottom of each bowl.

Note-the barnacles on the bottom may be uneven and caution is recommended when placing on a soft surface to protect from scratching.

Luminaries - Small = 4 1/4"x 2 1/2" Medium = 5 3/4"x 3 1/2"

As each piece is hand made the actual item may not be exactly as shown in the photo.
