This bowl is turned from Maple, originated from the McPhillamey property in Lower Town in Summerland B.C. This tree was planted more than 65 years ago, origin uncertain, removed, salvaged and recycled into this bowl.
Finished with a pharmaceutical grade mineral oil, your bowl is food safe and ready to use for fruit, chips and vedgetables. Occasional oil application with ensure generations of service.
