Dave and Marlyn have been producing fine dinner and serving ware since 1984 and it has been long recognised for its unique glazes and designs. In 2013 they decided it was time to explore a new direction. Dave has always been intrigued by geometrical designs and patterns, specifically those of Aztec, Celtic, and Haida artists. These influences are very apparent in the latest designs. New glazes and glazing techniques were also developed. Using the techniques and skills they had mastered over the years.The designs are hand drawn over the first layer of blue glaze using liquid wax resist. Several coloured glazes are then layered over the "resist" pattern. During the firing, the wax resist burns away revealing the dark blue design surrounded by subtle tones of blue-grey, with touches of warm rust.

They are excited to present their new glazes and designs in a full line of functional dinner and serving wares. Their pottery is Lead-Free, Microwave and Dishwasher safe.
