Hot Rockz Jewelry.
Design Deb lives in the Gordon Head district of Victoria, British Columbia. Her jewelry design career began with polymer clay and she has recently expanded into precious metal clay*. She takes great pleasure in taking blocks of these clays and sculpting them into unique watch straps, focal beads and findings.
Deb also likes to mix precious metal clay and polymer clay elements with semi-precious stones that have been picked specifically for their quality and energy. In her floral pieces Deb has matched the hand sculpted flowers with stones that echo or compliment what they mean. An example of this is the pairing of polymer clay Pansy and Amethyst necklace.
Amethysts are stones of spirituality and contentment and Pansies mean thought. Each piece is hand sculpted truly one of a kind. *Precious metal clay is sculpted, fired in a kiln and the finished product is 99.9% silver. This percentage is called fine silver.
