Modern hand embroidery inspired by the world around her. She creates textile works of birds, bonsai, babushka dolls and much more.
She draws on her Bachelor of Fine Arts skills studied at the University of Saskatchewan and uses locally sourced wool blend felt, cotton threads and vintage fabrics.
Each piece she creates is unique, on of a kind, hand cut and hand embroidered.
She lives in Victoria with her husband and two children.
