Bitter Cherry Wood Small Serving Platter
Well crafted and useful serving platters, made on Vancouver Island by Detlef Grundmann from locally grown Cherry wood with a lovely grain. Each platter is beautifully finished with 4 feet on the base measuring 5/8 inches x 2 inches. Use for serving hors d'ouevres, sushi, bread, cheese, cold meats etc.
Length~ 15 3/4 inches. Width at widest~ 4 3/4 inches by 1 inch thick. Food safe.
Well cared for this board should last a lifetime. The platter is finished with mineral oil & beeswax. food safe. Wipe with a damp cloth after use. Dish soap may be used but do not immerse in water or put in the dishwasher.
