Olivier fell in love with leather work as soon as he embarked on his first project. A builder and originator at heart, his mission is to design, construct and share modern pieces that are timeless, classic and will last decades. He aims to create sophisticated work that invites the user and viewer to reassess what leather goods ought to resemble.
His studies have ranged from fine furniture making, upholstery, general carpentry, education and art. During his schooling, he was able to dive into the fractal world of art and excelled in mediums such as ceramics and drawing & design. Though born in Ottawa Ontario, Olivier grew up on the west coast of Canada. Victoria, British Columbia is now his home.
Olivier continues to be inspired by the super natural beauty of the west coast where he actively creates and practices his love for the craft.
